Octopus carpaccio

Ingredients for two people: 100 g of packaged octopus, 100 g of rocket or red radicchio, extra virgin olive oil, lemon.

 

Place the rocket or the red radicchio on the plates, lay the octopus slices, season with oil, lemon and a sprinkle of black pepper.
